Multipurpose beam load cells can be selected to suit your accuracy requirements with global approvals such as OIML, NTEP, ATEX, and FM provided as standard; thus the load cells can be used globally in legal-for-trade and Ex weighing systems. The durable, IP68/IP69k-rated designs and full set of approvals enable versatility and safety in a broad range of applications. Available capacities range from 5 kilograms to 4.4 tons, allowing you to weigh anything from small vessels to large tanks.
2.Ingress Protection to Withstand Washdown
Due to the hermetically sealed (welded) design, the MTB and 0745A multipurpose load cells are ideal for harsh environments in process, food, and pharma applications. The IP68/IP69K protection class is suited to withstand washdown applications.
3.AccessoriesA wide range of accessories are available for load cells including base plates and load introductions for coping with shock and vibration.
The Foot Kit (FKT) can be used for convenience in floor scale applications with MTB, 0745A, and SLB515 load cells:
The Expansion and Vibration Kit (EVK) can be used for top mounting applications with 0745A and SLB515 load cells. It is a cost-effective solution but without any restraint/safety features. It has a low profile for direct integration into your weighing system.
